SHIPPING AND NO CANCELLATION, REFUND, EXCHANGE POLICY - Ryoko-sha

At Ryoko-sha, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our valued customers. Please review our shipping policy, along with our no cancellation, no refund, and no exchange policy outlined below:

1. Dispatch and Delivery Time:

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3-4 working days from the date of order placement. We collaborate with leading courier partners to ensure timely delivery.

Transit times for delivery typically range from 5-15 business days after dispatch, varying based on your location.

2. Tracking Information:

Upon dispatch, we will promptly provide you with the tracking ID via email, enabling you to monitor the status of your shipment until it arrives at your doorstep.

3. Shipping Zones and Charges:

ZONE A: ₹80/- for deliveries within the same city.
ZONE B: ₹150/- for pick-up and delivery to other cities. This may vary when we’ve offers available.

4. RTO Orders and Reshipping Charges:

In the event of Return To Origin (RTO) due to reasons such as unavailability or incorrect addresses, orders will be reshipped after 10-12 working days.
Reshipping and RTO charges are based on actual costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping within India:

Currently, we exclusively ship within India and do not offer international shipping services.

No Cancellation, Refund, Exchange Policy:

Please note that once an order is placed, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges are not permitted.We kindly ask customers to review their orders carefully before confirming to avoid any inconvenience.

Note: Some of our products directly get shipped from Tirthan Valley, Himachal Pradesh, that’s still a remote location. Some specific orders may take a little longer than the promised time. We would keep you updated if it exceeds the normal delivery period.
